Eri met us up. Spotted Johan Renck in the Acnes store nearby too, which was funny, as I spotted him in LA last time in the US.

Moe’s. Supposed to be the finer choice in fast food Mexican, which it definitly was, but I still prefered that old Tacobell.

Very defined cloud, with a very defined shadow, just outside the airplanewindow.
Becky on the other hand saw none of this. She was knocked out by prescription drugs for the whole duration of the flight. And then some.

Wednesday (29th) was Shōwa Day (since 2007) – a day to reflect on the events of the Shōwa period. To most people this means staying home. Or more precisely: not going to work. To me and Masami this meant a bakeoff, perhaps reflecting and honoring all the butter brought in since.

Spinachwaffle with salmon and sourcream for brunch.

Chocolatewaffle for brun…ssert.Tacos for dinner. Cheese, of course.
Bananapie for dessert.

Valntine’se

Behold, the mountain of buttery threath to your health – doubledose’d.

Technically not made by me; Masami made it as part of her pretty great birthday-package.
But I did ate’d it.

I enjoy my cooking. Newfound interest: cakes.

More homemade cakes to come…
